In various capacities, he leads a myriad of organizations. He is the Chief Disturber of Training & Events Company Businessworks Inc., and the President of The Parenting Company. He is also the Chief Trainer of Inspire Leadership Consultancy, the official licensee of all John Maxwell and Zig Ziglar corporate programs in the Philippines. Anthony also heads The Master's Lighthouse Foundation, was the pioneering head of the new PLDT-Smart Foundation, a director for the anti human trafficking Foundation Called to Rescue and trustee for the De La Salle University in Dasmarinas Cavite. Anthony writes for BusinessWorld in his weekly Monday column “Success Plus!” and hosts a new weekly radio-TV program "Magbago Tayo" every Saturday over RadyoSingko and AksyonTV of TV5.
Anthony is married to Maricel Laxa Pangilinan with whom he has 5 children - Ella, Donny, Hanna, Benjamin and Solana Emmanuel - and heads Team Pangilinan, regular participants to fun runs, triathlons, and ironman competitions promoting a fit, balanced and productive lifestyle.

A member of the American Society for Training and Development, an international organization involved in the holistic development of individuals for top performance. He is the youngest internationally certified trainer of John Maxwell’s “Developing the Leader Within You” and the “Laws of Teamwork” and the Zig Ziglar Seminar Series.His work extends beyond the borders of the Corporate world and into the Local Government Units, Education, Foundations, NGOs, Associations, Fellows theReligious sector and much more.
