The following are lessons learned by studying and leading in the last few years:

1.  Leaders LOVE their jobs!

2.  Leadership best happens when you've learned better because you've LISTENED good.

3.  Leaders don't infuse greatness into their teams, they help DRAW it out!

4.  Leaders fail not because of a lack of Innovation but a lack in IMPLEMENTATION

5.  Leader's PRIVATE Life strengthens his Public Life.

6.  Leadership boot camp is The TEAM.

7.  Leaders differentiate knowledge and wisdom through APPLICATION.

8.  Leaders develop others to ACCOMPLISH more than them.

9.  Leadership is tested in times of CRISIS.

10. Leadership is INFLUENCE and therefore neutral (neither right nor wrong).
